Obama’s Eligibility: What’s Next after Georgia?

by James Buchanan

The Obama re-election campaign just ran over the equivalent of a land mine in Georgia. The state of Georgia has a new presidential eligibility law, which requires certifiable proof that Obama was a natural born US citizen, and Obama didn’t provide it –even ignoring a subpoena to show up in court.

Most liberals and moderates sincerely believe that Obama is qualified to run for president, but that Obama is just too arrogant to show anyone his birth certificate. In April of 2011, Obama waved to the world a green document that he claimed was his birth certificate, and an absence of criticism from mainstream political pundits convinced many people that the green document was a real long form birth certificate for Obama.

Well, if Obama does have a Hawaiian birth certificate, why didn’t he answer the subpoena from the court in Georgia and show up with that document last Thursday?

The truth is that there is something very wrong with Obama’s records. There is apparently a total absence of any birth records for Obama in Hawaii as a friend of the new Governor claimed here. A clerk in the Hawaii records department also stated that there were no birth records for Obama. (more…)

One Hiker Survives; One Hiker Doesn’t; Winter Survival Tips

by James Buchanan

Every winter there are stories about people who wind up in survival situations, who failed to prepare. Sometimes people take poorly maintained roads in winter without tire chains like the James Kim family did in Oregon. Winter is not the time to risk a short cut going through a forest with no cell phone coverage. Sticking to the main roads and highways in winter is the best bet. If you do have to travel remote roads in winter, keep your vehicle well-maintained, carry tire chains and have lots of survival gear in the vehicle including food and blankets.

Checking the weather forecast before you travel is another necessity in winter. There are four hikers currently lost on Mount Ranier, who -unbelievably- went out before a monster snow storm, which blanketed the city of Seattle with snow. Ten to fifteen feet of snow fell at the altitude where the hikers were lost. None of them had snowshoes which are a necessity to get out of soft punchy snow. The weather forecast changed radically several times before that snowstorm, which shows the need to keep checking the forecast until the last minute and not to rely on a two day old forecast that was woefully mistaken. Who Will Be the Republican Palooka for 2012?

by Jeff Davis

The Republican primaries are sorting themselves out now, and we should have the GOP nominee soon with either the empty suit Romney or the thoroughly crooked Gingrich as the top guy.

Ron Paul, the only true alternative candidate, has been mercilessly denied media coverage and almost pushed into the outside hallway for the debates. It would be no surprise if the usual culprits with their Diebold machines stole Iowa and New Hampshire from Ron Paul, taking half of Paul’s votes and giving them to the other candidates.

In the boxing world, a “palooka” is a washed-up, punch-drunk boxer past his prime, who is put up against a rising young fighter in order to give “the Kid” an easy win and make him look good. Either Mitt Romney or Newt Gingrich is the official Republican nominee for Palooka of of 2012. (more…)

Why California is Going Bankrupt

by Jeff Davis

Ever wonder why health care in this country has become so murderously expensive? Well, one reason is Marco Antonio Fuentes. The Fresno Bee reports: “Doctors say Marco Antonio Fuentes is well enough to go home today. At last… Fuentes has spent 374 days at Community Regional Medical Center, the longest uninterrupted stay by a patient at the Fresno acute-care hospital, according to staff recollection. Doctors struggled to keep him alive since Fuentes was admitted to the hospital Dec. 26, 2010, with an excruciating belly ache.”

“Fuentes’ abdomen was full of infection.” [That he brought with him from Mexico.] “Surgeons could do little that first day but drain the abscesses and sew him up, said physician assistant Neydi Salaverri-Edmonds. Necrotizing pancreatitis, an infection of the pancreas, had eaten away tissues, including his intestines, she said. Doctors suspect Fuentes, 35, had gallstones that developed into a gallbladder infection, which was left untreated and progressed.” (more…)

The Story that Just Won’t Die; Obama’s Dubious Citizenship

Why can’t Obama produce a birth certificate for Georgia’s primary?

by Jeff Davis

The official story according to the mainstream media is that the issue of the Obama birth certificate is now “dead.” Well, no, not really, you’re just not allowed to hear about it any more by the liberal media.

An article on Infowars.com reports: “Birthers are hailing a decision by a judge in Georgia that could see Barack Obama struck from the presidential state ballot if Obama fails to prove that he fulfils the ‘natural born citizen’ constitutional requirement to be President. Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi in the Office of State Administrative Hearings denied a motion by Obama asking to dismiss the complaint that seeks to keep his name off the state ballot during the March presidential primary. The judge’s decision now sets the stage for a Jan. 26 hearing on the issue in Fulton County.” (more…)

Who’s the Best Candidate on Illegal Immigration?

by James Buchanan

The most serious issue facing the United States in 2012 is the illegal alien problem. We are on the verge of turning from a majority White nation to a majority non-White nation. Just how big a problem is this? Just take one look at California with its gigantic budget deficit, its insane legislature and its ever-increasing taxes, all of which stems from its non-White majority. California will go bankrupt in the near future because it is trying to provide a First World lifestyle to millions of Third World people.

This makes it critically important to elect a president, who is not only opposed to more illegal immigration, but who will stop Birthright Citizenship, which has been turning millions of “next generation” illegals into citizens without our consent. Technically, Ron Paul is still the best on the illegal immigration issue of the remaining four Republicans because he opposes Birthright Citizenship, which gives us the Anchor Baby problem.

The 20 million illegal aliens in the US today are going to produce 40 million Anchor Babies unless we change the law in the immediate future. Only Ron Paul says that he will tackle this issue. Ron Paul also believes in State’s Rights (the 10th Amendment) so he would not interfere with states passing laws like SB1070. Paul also believes in enforcing the law. Since 20 million Latinos are in the US illegally, that means deporting them. (more…)

Conservatives in SC Concerned about Illegal Aliens Should Vote for Ron Paul

by James Buchanan

Mitt Romney has failed to get a majority of the votes in either of the first two primaries and he’s scored poorly in the polls. In fact, he’s failed to get even 40 percent of the Republican vote. Now, he’s sailing into South Carolina trailing Newt Gingrich by six percent. There’s a reason 61 to 75 percent of Republicans keep voting against Romney. It’s because that many people DON’T want him to be the GOP candidate.

There was a recent CBS poll that had Ron Paul running neck-and-neck with Obama if he were the GOP candidate. This dispels the biggest argument against Paul that he is “unelectable”. Ron Paul is electable despite months of biased media accounts dismissing him over and over. Imagine how well Ron Paul would do once he’s gotten past all the liberal media smears.

I hope more Republicans take a good look at all the candidates and vote for the best one, not the one that the mainstream media is hyping. After all, the mainstream media wants only liberal Republicans and their favorite Republican candidate would be the one most likely to lose to Obama. Romney’s Mormon religion, past flip-flopping and frequently liberal policies make him a marginal candidate at best. Romney has repeatedly said that it’s impossible to deport the millions of illegal aliens in the US, suggesting that he has no desire to enforce US immigration law. (more…)

Constitution? We Don’t Need No Stinkin’ Constitution!

by Jeff Davis

It seems we’ve taken yet another step along the road to a Third World dictatorship. The Washington Times reports: “President Obama used his recess appointment powers Wednesday to name a head for the controversial Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and three new members to the National Labor Relations Board — moves Republican lawmakers said amounted to an unconstitutional power grab The president acted just a day after the Senate held a session — breaking with at least three different precedents that said the Senate must be in recess for at least three days for the president to exercise his appointment power. Mr. Obama himself was part of two of those precedents, both during his time in the Senate and again in 2010 when one of his administration’s top constitutional lawyers made the argument for the three-day waiting period to the Supreme Court.”

“Mr. Obama tapped former Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray to head the CFPB, and named three others to the labor board — all of which had been stymied by congressional Republicans who said Mr. Obama is accruing too much power to himself through those two agencies. In strikingly sharp language, Republicans said the Senate considers itself still in session for the express purpose of blocking recess appointments, and the move threatened to become a declaration of war against Congress.”

Will those gutless wonders in the GOP ever do anything about Obama’s flaunting of the Constitution? They didn’t even have the backbone to demand to see his birth certificate (and that green document that Obama produced was yet one more fraud if anyone cares to research it). If anyone in this administration had the spine to stand up to the Obama Regime, they should have done it long ago, especially before the election. (more…)

The Government Wants to Take your “Under-Occupied” Home

by Jeff Davis

An article in the Guardian reports “More than a third of homes in England are ‘under-occupied,’ putting pressure on younger generations as older people remain in their properties for longer, a study has suggested. The Intergenerational Foundation, which released the report, called for tax breaks to encourage older people to downsize.”

And when that doesn’t work, at what point does the left-wing government begin forcibly dragging old people out of their homes and forcing them into “assisted living” facilities where they are warehoused until their Jamaican or disgruntled lesbian orderlies “assist” them to die one night with a pillow over the face, which will free up an “over-occupied” bed for the next senior citizen hustled out of his “under-occupied” house.
